Hi there katukayo! I'll be starting to drop more frequently kasi malapit na ang 2010 (ahehehe). I was not able to remember that the word "space" with <> between it is an html tag so it did not display and instead, implemented an html tag. Now, it's ok. Thanks for calling my attention to this Kevin Georg!
